I had a black screen after trying to reinstall from usb. Press on button of pc and it restarted. Then I tried reinstall from the windows settings, it eventually restarted and I get another black screen..... then I replugged my hdmi cable in the pc, boom, screen saying it's setting my pc 15%. I don-t know what I did, but I think while I was trying to change something in my BIOS, I accidentally changed my boot up order. The windows boot manager was first. I was about to pull my hair out because nothing was working for me. I changed my boot up order to my SSD, and it booted right up. Hope this helps you all

Guys just buy a new PC or Laptop or whatever, NOTHING is going to fix this especially since anything running Windows 10 will pretty much be scrapped once Windows 11 becomes more viable.
