I bought a USB today and I wanted to do sth. The one USB i plugged in, (and want to use) is supposed to be formated and than be made bootable, and a iso file written to it. Its a intenso ultraline with 128 GB storage. After that I wanted to replace the iso. Than it all went wrong. After a quick analyze, I was like...im screwed. It was plugged in, and it was switching between no media and online. for the chkdsk command it didnt do anything due to beeing raw. non partitioned. And its like switching fast and you cant do stuff like allocating space. While the USB is connected, it has a red light that indicated that is plugged in and it fliccers when something is written to it. I dont think I can give it back, and if I lie they can check the events. It didnt cost that much...like 20 Euro. But its my money (Im not alloved to work), and I dont want to waste money.
(Im like having the worst things ever. 1 year after I got my laptop, somehow wifi was corrupted or sth, than after a reset the win licence was corrupted, after another reset a service wassnt working and couldnt change that, and now im here)

Fix That Help me > (Use Diskpart to Assign The Drive Letter).
- Connect the effected USB drive.
- Open CMD as Admin.
- Type ( Diskpart ) then click Enter. Without brackets ( ).
- After that, type ( list volume ) and hit the Enter.
You should be able to see and recognize your effected USB Drive Volume number with No Media status among the other Drive numbers.
Examble of the effected Drive : Volume 7 - Ltr G - Lable empty - Fs empty - Type Removable - Size 0 - Status No Media - Info empty.
- Type ( select volume X ) replace X with the volume number assigned to your drive in the list. ( Examble: Volume 7 ).
You will see ( volume X is the selected volume ).
- Again, Type ( assign letter X ) replace X with the letter that assigned to your drive in the list. ( Examble: Ltr G ).
After completing all these steps, close the Diskpart and remove the usb for 5 sec, then connect it to check if the computer recognizes your USB drive.

Recoverit is the most useless piece of software I have ever seen, not only it is extravagantly expensive, but it doesn't even do half of what ordinary free software does. It doesn't even detect the USB drive let alone being able to scan the damn thing, even windows detects the USB drive and allocates a letter to it, but unable to access it, the cheapest subscription for one year is no less than $70 they must be joking, I won't pay this amount in a million years, I would rather lose all the data than pay them for something tha doesn't even bloody work, talk about greed, so please stop promoting these scams,

Hey! I have no clue if you'll see this but I'm going to ask anyway. So I got this usb to hdmi adapter that came with a disc to install drivers but I have no way of getting the drivers off of the disc since I don't have a disc reader or whatever it is called. Also I don't know the manufacturer because it is a cheap shit, also I don't know what chipset is inside. I have tried a ton of different drivers but no success. Can you help me out?

For me, it I manage it to work by going to device manager > universal serial bus controller > (Select the USB) > right click > update driver > browser my computer for drivers > let me pick from a list of drivers avaliable on my computer > (select the only one avalible) > click next. It updated my driver and I formated my USB.

Nope, nothing works.... Just got a Kingston DTSE9 G2 - did a test and it failed, and now I can't access it at all.
Disk Management says 'No Media'
Chkdsk says 'Cannot Open the volume for direct access'
Well looks like this one may as well go in the bin

RIght off the bat...if you USB says -NO MEDIA- DO NOT GET WONDERSHARE RECOVERIT. It specifically says in their program if it says -NO MEDIA- take it to a repair shop. THIS VIDEO WAS NO HELP AND A WASTE OF TIME. THANKS FOR THE TIME WASTED!!!!!

It's not a USB though it's an old IDE hooked up to hard drive docking station USB. Is there a way for me to collect to files from the drive still?
