I am new to word press please be gentle. I have Elementor Pro and Astra Pro. What is the difference between a Theme and a Template? The theme I have now is just a word press sample, I want to add a elementor called Gym in its place. Is that do able?

I came to this video b/c I couldn't add a divider; it just wouldn't add. This video didn't help. Eventually, I added an extra line below my text, then at that point, it worked to add the divider. Jeewilligers. I'm not impressed w/ Cassie.

SO I want a divider as basically a bottom border for full-width section, but it seems the Divider widget cannot be made to go full width, only boxed?? How do I make a divider that is full width?
