Matt: Unfortunately none of these worked for me when I tried to unlock my bitlockered USB. The first asked for me to unlock bitlocker before wondershare would recover any files. For the second solution, MS never backed up my key, and for the third solution, there was no 'turn off bitlocker' option, just 'unlock bitlocker', which prompted the password/recover key as normal.
