Great tutorial, right to the point, the only problem is that I don't know if the narrator has a very bad microphone or a problem while speaking but it was difficult for me to understand what he was saying and I don't think the problem is on my side because for the great majority of YT videos I watch and hear I don't have any problems

Windows 10 Home can no longer start a remote desktop connection! It was removed and is only included in the Win 10 Pro Version!
To check, press Win+i and go to the remote desktop tab.
It says something like -remote desktop is not supported by your Win 10 Version. Do you want to upgrade?-

Great guide, thank you! I used to use Microsoft remote desktop but now I am using AweSun Remote Desktop to remote support my parents' computer/phone. They don't have to set up anything, I can easily connect to their devices and remote support via Device ID and passcode. Free and works!

Thank you for this. Great guide, worked perfectly! I like what you are doing here, it's a great model for other small businesses; you provide clear concise easy-to-understand information and politely offer other services.
Best of luck Hetman Recovery!

Do i use the same port number for two different computers during the port forwarding? Example computer one is 170.185.1.2 port 3389
Computer two is 170.185.1.17. Port: 3389? Or do i have to pick a new port number.

I was able to follow all steps. However, the connection was not successful. I double-checked everything twice, everything looks correct. Were there any changes lately?
