I am using u torrent free version (torrent client). After creating torrent and uploading is that necessary to keep that uploaded file on my pc harddisk? What happened if I delete that file..

I did all this and when I go look on the Network (Search Bar) the Files are not on the network...it says Seeding thou on the screen...What's the deal....Does it take a wile to show up?

I made my game website the problem is if i reinstall windows all torrents will be deleted and i have to create new torrents again is there a way i can store torrents for seeding
