hi! can you help me with my problem?
the story is I upgrade the pc to someone else who provides the service. after that I asked to add software for the purposes. but he turned out to delete my files first to add the software I meant earlier. as a result all my important files are lost overwritten. I have used software to restore my files, but many of the files that I recover cannot be opened with the information that these files are damaged or corrupt. can you help me with a case like this? thanks

Sr i can ask,so i use my laptop to play game or do some work and 1 day view reliability history show my laptop have critical event name hardware error,Im try to reset my window to come back like new laptop and run troubleshoot but its cant fix,you know what is error and how to fix?
