Hi Kevin - I am hoping you can answer a question for me. I use PowerPoint to create my Instagram posts. Very often the posts appear blurry, not sharp or clear, after being uploaded. Some posts consist of a colored background and text, others have a background, some photos and text. I save the finished design as a JPEG. The PP file and Jpegs look clear on my computer but not after they have been uploaded to IG.
Why is this happening?
Are there specific settings I should use when saving my files?
Do PNG files work better than JPEGs?
I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Please, could you help? I created a PowerPoint slide show where I have music in the background. I have different songs for different slides and a song can play across multiple slides. -
I would like the timing of the music and narration to be in sync. I am not recording the presentation because it is live with audience participation during certain slides where there is no music. So, is there a way I can know where the timing of my narration should be, along with the background music? Thank you.

I have a slide deck with 179 slides (Office 2021). I have about 85 of them hidden as I don't want to delete them, but they're not needed. However, I need to renumber my slides not counting the hidden slides. Is there a way to do that in 2021? It used to be a function in older versions of office under the productivity ribbon, but it's different in 2021. Please, if there is a way, I'd love to do how to renumber the slides without enumerating the hidden slides. Thanks!

I have Microsoft Office Profesional Plus 2019 on my laptop and I don't have the Design Ideas option on my Powerpint. Is design ideas smth that comes only with Microsoft 365? I hope you will help me.
