For a window system computer, the folder should be -C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default -, not the one shown in this vedio, it is for MAC!

This vedio doesn't show clearly how to find the -Default- folder. I typed the exactly same thing --/Library....- into my folder, but can't open anything.
