Problem, if google wont accept your login because its from a difference device and you use the sim from your old phone in the new phone to add that device. How is it possible to add your new phone when you are using the device that came from the old phone and google wants you to select yes or the number from your old phone when it is in the new phone????
Or in other words. google stops me from signing into my account because I used my old sim card to power the new device. Re I can no longer use my old phone since i had to modify the sim and make it smaller.

How do you add this to Leappad Epic/Academy? I followed the steps on your site but I get nothing but -stopped working- on the apps once it-s downloaded and then on google play website it tells me I have no devices to install to-.
Very frustrating! This is why I prefer iOS

Actually it is helpful its suppose to be
1. Press account
2.and add account that is connected to your device
3. Then done
Stop saying that this is wrong you didnt even watched it fully you are misleading others Kate Beatham!

l did all of this and it still wont let me download spotify. it says l already have installed on my previous phone. which l don't have anymore because it got lost at sea.

The video is mistitled. Its not about adding a device. Its about adding an account and payment method.
