Hello, so I did the same thing you did expect I didn't delete the other email. The other email was the old email I used for the Xbox account before I changed it today. If I remove the email from how to sign in, does that mean my games, content in games (Worlds, levels, etc.), friends list, etc. will be deleted?

I don't want to change my Microsoft account email, that one was pretty easy,
I only want to change the email on my Xbox account only.
