When you want to repeat your column headings on every page on the worksheet then you can use Print Titles in Microsoft Excel. You can define the Print Titles from the Page Setup menu and can ask Excel to repeat a particular number of rows or columns on every next page.
- About Print Titles in Microsoft Excel
For Instance, if you have a worksheet 10 pages long having a list of customers data and in the list, you have 5 columns with headers. Now, you want the headers to get print automatically on top of each page then you can take the help of Print Titles.
So, if you choose to have Row A1 repeated through Print Titles on every page then while printing all the pages, Excel will automatically place all the headers of Row 1 on top of each page. After setting up Print Titles, you have to use the Print Preview option to see if all the headers are getting a repeat on top of each page.
