U don't really need to do that, instead I would just install windows 10 Pro iso, extract it and run the app called setup, then follow the instructions and btw u can keep ur personal files if needed, it takes around an hour for installation however
If u find out how to get ur product key on youtube, you can use that after you install Windows 10 Pro, which allows you to switch to that os by going onto activation on settings and then click change product key and then enter you windows 10 Pro product key on a new laptop to get windows 10 Pro, just make sure to follow the instructions and backup this time

I've found that using Hyper-V you can't play sound unless your are in Basic Session. But the major issue with enhanced session is that it enters some type of remote mode or guest account. And I now have limited access to the OS features. I have a virtual machine running window 11 on a windows 10 physical host pc. In Enhanced mode I can't change desktop resolution, log using a pin, etc. I want to be logged in to the virtual machine as an owner not a guest. So is it possible to get sound drivers installed while using basic mode?

Cool Video but I was wondering if I could run hyper-v on my school pc, my school pc has Windows 10 Enterprise x64 bit and its processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7020U CPU 2.30GHz, 2300 Mhz 2 core(s) 4 logical processor(s). But however when I attempted to open -Turn Windows features on or off- it says -This app has been blocked by your system administrator- I don-t know what to do. Is there a way to bypass Turn Windows features on or off? Or is there a .zip file for hyper-v manager?

At 2:40 there is the easiest way to check virtualization is enabled or disabled. Just go to Task Manager then Performance tab and then click on the CPU option and under the CPU utilization graph check for the virtualization option. I checked it in that way because in my BIOS there is no option of Virtualization.

Technically, Windows home -CAN RUN- Hyper-V.
You have to hack your registry a bit and enable some things.
I learned this the hard way when I accidentally bought a home edition on my newest rig. Huge mistake! Home sucks! LOL

Unfortunately, this only goes through the happy path.
Even though I have the SVM enabled and the Hyper Visor says it is running in the services but it still says hyper visor is not running so it will not start the VM.

An OS that is so crappy they spend billions putting a virtual layer so you can, run a different OS. Run Linux or Mac, get productive and stop wasting time with Window.

Makes you wonder why they would limite the sandbox into 1 instance max only...
Defeat the purpose of running multiples sandbox to run multiples programs isolated.

You can run Hyper-v on windows home edition. Search -how to enable hyper-v on home, download .bat file, and install the feature- after that it'll work as usual.
