I have trouble scaling this trick. It works well with around 30 PDFs, but when I try to load 600 PDFs it can not handle it. Additionally, it sometimes shifts the data in some of the columns to the right. It does not apply this to all of the columns however, so I can not simply delete or merge a column. Otherwise, really neat trick!!! Thank you for all the help!

it seems like the latest version of excel doesn't allow you to do this. when i click on 'get data' there is no dropdown that looks like that, it's much smaller. there is no get data from file option. weird cos i have used your technique to do this before i have no idea why office would take this function away?

what if you do not get the drop down list -from file- and the option -from PDF- I have microsoft 365 and it doesn't give the same drop down list. I think it would be good to let others know, other wise its a piece of cake when it all works fine and dandy............

Hello Kevin, I tried this and it worked but when I tried to do it again with other pdfs, when I click on the file to go into excel it showed on the Display Options but when I click on the folder or the pages, they are blank, what am i doing wrong? Help, Help!!!

hello kevin i canwt understand why when i want to convert PDF folder after i have the sample file edited and i cancel the last step all the other pdf file do not uoloaded and i get a row with errorrs???? and i'm following your video step by step?????!!!!

Hello , Is it possible to convvert selective pages of pdf file into excel spreadsheet. I receive a pdf file of 200 pages and i want to convert only few pages of it into excel . Is it possible or not ?

Excellent job Kevin. It might be handy to show how the corded for a cookie converts into an invoice and send it back to the customer. Putting invoice into another folder in the process.
