Hi, I have 15 conference rooms and I want a calendar for a specific week. Starting on Monday showing the times and which conference room is booked. So instead of looking at conference room 1 and seeing that it has a booking for a specific time, I want to see the whole week and the rooms occupied. That needs to be printed in -Word-, and will look something like this.
Monday 12 July
9:00-10:00 Conference room 1. Meeting about assessment. Coordinator Peter Smith
9:00-11:00. Conference room 8 Meeting about salaries. Coordinator Annie Brown
14:00-15:00. Conference room 15 Meeting ICT. Coordinator James Bradley
Tuesday 13 July
8:00-12:00 conference room 5 meeting team Coordinator Mary Howard
Do you see what I mean?
I have just started as a receptionist and what they are doing now is that they manually type - every single appointment in a weekly agenda because they are unable to get the agenda per day all together.
They can print an agenda for a specific conference room for a specific date, but I want to see the whole week and all the rooms together.
Do you have any idea how to do that?

Hello, not sure if this is the right place to ask but never hurt to ask right? Ran into a funky issue with Outlook Calendar. An executive admin used to have the ability to sort (by name) through their shared SVP calendar but for some reason that option is not available anymore. They have the ability to view and make changes at the highest level, I have checked delegated settings & permissions, looked throughout MS360 forums and cant find anything with a solution. This is probably something not commonly seen but has anyone run into this?

I didn't have the option reply with a meeting. Also, ctrl-Alt-r didn't work as well?? You have much more buttons visible than I have. Well I just found it under -More commands-. It didn't automatically turn it into a Teams Meeting. Is that a setting I need to do? Or is it an add-in? I opened up my calendar in a new window, but when I had opened my mail, I don't know where the the new calendar window was hidden.

Is there a way to view calendar item by the color you have assigned them. I work for an HVAC company I put in the calendar in the color green the day of the install. Then when the install has happened and the customers paid I change it to purple. Sometimes customers don't pay quickly. So sometimes months go by before I get a payment. Can I sort the calendar so I can see all my green appointments?

Best ever video of the year. I have been using Outlook calendar for years but the Set Meeting, Set Appointment were great. BUT the multiple time zones is a killer change in how I work as I have colleagues in 4 time zones and am constantly confused. Thanks a million. You have improved my work life.

Is there a Year view with colors? For example, if I color January 1 red as a vacation day and January 2-6 blue as business travel days, in a Year view are January 1 colored red and January 2-6 colored blue?
Borland Sidekick-s calendar had exactly this feature. But this is now abandonware.

This is amazing. I am getting a +0 error for single all day entries on my calendar. If I enter two entries, it will be visible, but if I only have one, it shows a +0. I have contacted Microsoft as well as my companies help line, and no one has a fix!!! any suggestions? Thank you so much!

Do you know or have a video for scheduling or schedule polling? Does Microsoft have anything like Doodle ? It-s so hard to find a day/time that works for everyone, and just viewing peoples calendar availability isn-t good enough.

Thanks for the tips. Some I've tried immediately.
But if you change the calender option to dark mode, all office programms change to this settings. :-(
Is there anything to prevent this? ....... Office Word in darkmode looks not very nice.

This is a great video. I learned a few things I didn't already know. Do you know if there is a way to automatically block time in your calendar after someone has booked a meeting so that no one else can book before or after that meeting?
