Hey Distrolovers,
I am excited ( almost stoked ) to report that I am coming to you here with kernel 5.7.0-rc4 via Fedora Rawhide. Today's weekly Rawhide update was sweet, with some gnome stuff, and networkmanager, gcc, etc. I know, you are all saying, -whoopitty-doo,- or something like that. But I only have an IQ of 79, and if I can do it, so can many other people. I will be most likely using the rc4 kernel, and its bi-weekly incarnations (rc4-git-something ?? ), for another month or so until Rawhide starts pushing rc5, as will hundreds of other folks. By the time you Ubuntu-lovers and such get 5.7.1, it will have been used in the real world by lots of Linux-friendly people.
htop looks good, although I am now teaching myself how to use bashtop.

Little tip:
When cp'ing you don't need to specify the name of the file if it already has the name you want. You just need to say where you want it.
Also, you can copy multiple files that share a parent directory at once.
Eg.:
cp -/blah-blah-blah/-PKGBUILD, .SRCINFO- .

Any chance you could cover how to make an appimage sometime? I would really like to learn how to make an appimage and be able to run it on any system but all my attempts to learn so far have failed.

You should probably add a few dependencies :
libxft (libxft-bgra)
libxinerama (libxinerama-randr-git) + make or (sh)
I also know I have needed to install a few when compiling dwm.

I kinda always wondered how that worked but have never took the time to look at how it all works, if that made sense... Lol
Thanks DT

Do you have to specify processor architecture? Or can someone just leave that blank and let the program compile for the local machine-s architecture?
