Thanks Rajiv. In my windows 10 system earlier the lock screen was working fine. But now the lock screen showing blank. But I'm able to see my image in sign in screen.
Can you please help me to set my own image in lock screen.

Ummm, Can Windows Spotlight Wallpaper be changed according to the desired wallpaper? If you can change it, please make a video tutorial.
