how if the username is in domain group and the PC is in shared computer so it has multiple username? and also the .bak file are not shows up? how to fix this scenario because I faced these many times.

in cmd I get (win 10) 1. netuser administrator - no such user exists. 2. Added user - could not add to local group but command completed with one or several mistakes. Then 3. System error 1376 has occurred.

I tried this method but it brought me right back to the main account login page and still cannot login into safe mode. Any other suggestions?
