How to Enable Shared Folders Between Your VM and Host in VirtualBox - OnlineComputerTips
VirtualBox allows you to copy files between your guest virtual machine and your host computer after your enable the Shared Folders feature using a mapped drive type method. You can also enable the Drag and Drop feature at the same time which will allow you to drag and drop files from your host to your guest and vice versa.
To enable Shared Folders you will need to have the VirtualBox Guest Additions installed on your VM. You can find instructions on how to do that here.
