Hi, Thank you so much, I would like to know how long will it take to create a macro sheet for the following; I have a text of 100 pages, and need to find acronyms within that text where the acronym will be consisted of the first letter of 3 words or the 3 letters of 3 words. For example, I would like to find an acronym consist the letters -AIL-, if I click on search button, it will find me sentences like -I Am I Love- and color the first letter of the last 3 words -AIL-? thank you

Hey Kevin, can you tell me how can I use excel to simulate this probability problem and find an approximate answer (maybe using IF, CountIFs, randbetween() functions). The problem is: -If five players each can roll a random number (1-100), what's the probability that only two of them will roll the same number, such that their number is higher than the three other numbers of the remaining players.- I know the answer in numbers but I wanna know how to use excel to get to it.

Hi Kevin, please do create a video tutorial on how to create macro in excel 2007 which could function as slicers.. I have an excel 365 2021 but i am having difficulty on the commands. I cannot work on the pivot chart i inserted even if i hovered my mouse over the grap.. it kept on reading the excel columns.. Its kinda frustrating as I just begin using excel heavily these days. Thanks

Hi Kevin,
Do you know if you can run a kind of extended -Macro- on your computer and not just using excel? Let-s say you have to do a weekly sales report, a monthly employee report or the like repetitive report using excel AND word to provide a one-pager to a manager with nice visuals, graphs etc. Is it possible to do a Macro on that kind of tasks?

Thank you for this. You always explain things so clearly. I'm familiar with Macros but it's useful to have this overview . I'm on a Mac and have Microsoft 365 for Macs but Power Query isn't available for Macs so I'm going to focus on macros as the next best alternative and your tutorials are going to be a great help.

Hi Kevin, i have a project mgmt requirement where I am required to capture timeline actual for many rows. so i want to know if i can create a radio button such as -start & stop- so that i can click on them and it automatically records date & time of that particular moment? is this possible in xl sheet?

Hi Kevin, this is a great video but when I do a sort on some data (two columns, 9 rows), then copy the sorted data to another cell, the data unsorts. Why does that happen and how can I fix it? Thanks!

This is awesome. If an intern creates macros for me in an excel workbook I'll be updating a few times a year, would I be able to run the macros on the same file myself in the future?
