I highly suggest you re-think your review protocol paradigm. or something.
TorGuard and ExpressVPN are argueably the 2 highest, independently-rated VPNs out there - and in the spirit of full disclosure - I am presently using ProtonVPN, but I am going to be changing to TorGuard based on my own multi-source research.
Unfortunately, ExpressVPN and TorGuard pay the LEAST to their affiliates than any other VPNs that I am aware of, whereas, and for example, Surfshark et al. pay the MOST to their affiliates.
Henry, my philosophy is: Unless you know - 100% - that someone is being less than honest, omitting information, etc, it behooves you to give that person the benefit of ANY doubts.
Henry, therefore I ask - but am NOT casting aspersions; is the low, or nonexistence of, pay by the aformentioned affiliates have anything - whatsoever - to do with your decision to eliminate ExpressVPN and TorGuard - besides the -review protocol? -

Regarding StartPage, while there are no instant answers for a lot of things (currency conversion for example, the page loads slower than most. Results are better than Qwant and DDG, but other engines don't refresh the entire page while loading results. Only the results panel is refreshed, while the rest of the page remains static, thereby reducing extra load.

I'm personally not using Startpage because it isn't as private as they claim it to be. Just by using the Brave Browser, it is noticeable that many trackers show up every time we search or even just on the homepage. To me this was a turn off and if we compare it to something like DuckDuckGo, in terms of privacy, the latter wins hand down.

About startpage, when I use it from the address bar on firefox on android and linux, the searches come back significantly slower than duckduckgo. This is practically the only reason I dont use it

Hi, I am currently using Startpage as my default browser, it is the closest thing a privacy oriented browser could get to google's search capabilities. Good luck!

I prefer startpage over Duckduckgo. I wish startpage had a mobile privacy browser like DDG. I use firefox. DDG is good but U. S. based. Not safe.
