EVGA 1060 6GB Overclocking for Mining Ethereum (How to MAXIMIZE HASHRATE) - Sebs FinTech I show you how to overclock an EVGA GTX 1060 6GB graphics card in MSI Afterburner to increase your hashrate for Ethereum mining. We do this by opening up MSI Afterburner and we start out by adjusting the memory clock of our 1060 6gb GPU. We then move on to adjusting the core clock for our EVGA graphics card. Finally to wrap up the overclocking of our GTX 1060 6GB, we adjust the power limit in MSI Afterburner. We end up having increased the hashrate from 20 to 24 mh/s, which is a pretty good hashrate for this gpu. I hope that after watching this overclocking tutorial for MSI Afterburner, you'll know exactly how to tweak your EVGA 1060 6GB graphics card to increase the hashrate while mining Ethereum. About overclocking: for crypto mining using GPUs, overclocking is a way of tweaking the settings of your graphics cards in order to improve their performance and thereby increase your mining hashrate. Please remember that overclocking is done at your own risk and the settings for my graphics card won't necessarily work for you as each card is unique. In short, my process when overclocking in MSI Afterburner for crypto mining is this: pull memory clock all the way down. Then increase by small amounts until you get a crash. Then leave the memory clock where you got the highest hashrate without crashing and repeat the same process for your core clock. Remember that core clock and memory clock can impact each other so it is important to always analyze and adjust your numbers throughout the process, and experiment!

got 3 1060s
my settings are on hiveos are like this if anyone needs it as a guideline to start overclocking

galax ex oc 1060 6gb (samsung memory) +150 core 1000 memory 90watt 24.3mhs

Hi over there from Buenos Aires. I've a nvidia GeForce 1060 Aorus 6GB with the following config:
Power: 70%
Core clock +100%
Memory Clock: +700%
With this configuration I'm obtaining 24.27 MH/s
Thanks for the video.

1060s are weird. I have a zotac 1060 amp and best i can do is 19 MHS. I read there were some that were limited due to type of memory. I hate that they are power hungry. I may sell it to get 1660 supers and 1660 TIs instead

I know these is an older video, but I will just put my OC in
MSI P106-100 (basically a 1060)

Cc +150
Mc +600
Fs 90

Hi man. I have been tuning for a long time and came to these settings Power: 90 Core clock speed 0 , Memory clock speed: + 530 I get 22.97 MH/ s.

this gave me some ideas for my asus 1060...current settings core= +0 mem= +800 pwr= 69 80watts getting 21.5 mhs
good video bro!

Seb u inspired me to start mining. It is really fun to build and play with over clock settings. Thanks heaps from Australia.
