For the low end laptop I have:
1) Process Lasso made my frames go lower, try it with it and without it to determine weather it works at all (+ remember that it lauches with your pc)
2) I kept my fps for some reason at 120 but the game kept jumping from 15 to 58 so I tried setting the cap to 60, it was a bit better but still a lot of lag spikes, so I tried 30 and while being playable it wasn't enough for an action game so I ended with 40: no lag spikes and steady, obviously I had to lower everything else but hey I finally can hit my enemies instead of not being able to track em.
oh and btw check your screen max fps: there is no reason to set it high in game if your screen max is 60 (btw 60 is plenty)
3) although everyone is trying to tell you to use native resolution, try setting it lower ones if your performance isn't good enough, If I keep it on native it reachesonly 30fps and on lowest I can afford 40
4) for some unknown reason when I use my pc (use browser, word and other, even after turning them off) then open apex it is laggy, but if I turn the PC on and start ISLC from the moment I get to my desktop and then boot game, I have higher performance.
5) if you can afford to choose your position make sure you make your enemies position to yours be towards map edge as looking away from map center is better that inwards, in which case there is an fps drop

3) Right click on the Apex Legends app
4) Open file location

bro i usually get 70=100 then my game messed up only my vid settings?? my keybinds were there but not vid so i tried fixing but idk its still bad fps even when i first insalled i had around 50fps on max or high

I gained like 3 more fps but it fixed input delay and graphics are way better and also fixes micro stutters can u just make an updated fps guide for pespificly for gpa tweaks sinse apex is very gpu heavy

This is honestly too much for a few fps more for me and apex is one of a few games who dont Need over 60fps to be Good cause fps dont make youre skill much better in apex in my opinion

Hello does this affect other games on my pc or does this only affect Apex and apex alone. Is there a way to get rid of all the changes made if i wanted to revert back?

I usually play about 100-110 I tried this then it went to 60-70 but must admit less stutters but still get them.NOT WORTH .of course it depends on your computer

Wasnt able to access ddu uninstaller when in safe mode it will let me out of safe mode but it wont when I go in any solutions to this?
