Create a slider in WordPress to make your website look super professional. This is one of the best sliders I have ever seen. It is responsive, you can add in videos, buttons, text and change the colors. Empress: Hi Tyler, thanks for the lessons. I installed the Smart Slider 3, been practicing building my site. The slider turned out very nice. but then I have a problem that when I load my page builder, I can't edit. As it turns out, the Slider is causing the problem so I had to deactivate it. Do you know why this would happen and how to fix it without totally having to remove the slider and start all over again with something else?

Hi Tyler, great job with your videos, learned a lot from you... fast question, is there a way to make sliders in mobile mode show only certain area of the full screen image?... problem I am having is that while the slider looks great in full screen, by the time it gets to be reduced to mobile phone it is just too small, so I like to designate an area from full screen slider that would be only showing on mobile phone... or could I even make different picture come in in mobile view? that would be awesome if the picture could change from full to medium to small screen... thanks

Thanks Tyler for the very useful video. I see that you are using the Beaver Page Builder and it works fine for me. However, can I check if it is possible to make the slider full width with SiteOrigin page builder. I have tried it and it is not able to cover fully from left to right (I have set the row to be full width and zero-ed all the paddings). Thanks in advance!

Hey Tyler, thank you for the slider show, pretty cool, do you think you could create this on a home website page like 4x4 pictures of different cars and the slider takes lets say 30 second to fade between the 16 pictures then it goes to the next 16 cars and so on, and each picture be a link to 10 more detail of that one car, hope to hear from you soon, regards A R

Hey, tyler, I have followed your instruction to build the slider to our website. however, it's not workable. When I paste the code to text to text editor, only the -[smartslider3 slider=1]- shows on my page. I have checked your page many times and make sure every step I make are right.
Any guys can help to fix this problem??
Thanks very much

This is a great tutorial.
However when I insert the slider and do everything as described, it shows up on the right side of the screen, doesn't stretch to full width and looks weird in general... Also watched the full video on how to set up a website with this theme, but the error still occurs.. Any idea how to fix it? :)

Hey, Tyler! Is there a photo size limit. When I load the sample slider, it's perfect, but when I load my photos, it takes forever for them to load and then I have a big space on the right side. I have reduced the size of the pics a few times without luck, and even tried adding one of my photos to the sample without success. Help!

Thanks for the video... very very helpful! The plug in I guess has been updated, or any way, it doesn't show the same way on my screen, but was still able to maneuver. In my page builder, I only see the code where the slider is supposed to be, but it does show the way it's supposed to when I view the website. So great!!!
