Photoshop masks are one of the most basic and important tools to learn. Photoshop masks add tons of advantages to your workflow that will help you achieve some of the best photo effects. I have no idea what the difference between a black background or white background is for a mask? If it's black we don't see something, but if it's white we do? Huh?
