Amazing Video, very easy to follow and understand, full of informations. It covers really a lot in Figma.
I came across your video looking for Prototype, how do we do them. I am preparing for my PMP exam and asking my team to prepare high level of prototype of Product requirements. As a Project Manager i wanted to know what I am asking my team to do.
I watched your video till the end and focused on the prototype part which was short.
Do you recommend that I should know more about Prototype?
Kind regards
Guilda from Germany.

Anyone interested in actually designing with Figma might try skipping the first 50-some minutes. Otherwise it's a demo of the web app. Unfortunately, at that point the presenter changes to the Figma desktop app for Windows. There were already differences in the web UI vs. today. Around 52: 00 presenter creates a new project. I can't tell how. Moment's later, a logo appears on the screen in a project file. No idea how that was done. Can't continue.

I do NOT recommend this video. The ONLY good thing about this video is the introduction to the Figma UI. The course is NOT beginner friendly and there are many things done in this tutorial which were not explained. If a beginner were to try copy they would very likely not be able to recreate the same results. They would get stuck on many different things throughout the video, unable to progress.

I hardly come across detailed tutorials like this. he is so patient in explaining, so calm. I didn't pick all in the first watch as a beginner, but if it's not a waste of time watching again. I was afraid it was gonna be a short video without proper details just to gain views. This is far from it. Thank You! I feel like an expert already. lol

Thanks for providing this. I feel like given how fast the some steps were (a lot of steps were repeated later on within seconds, assuming the person absorbed each step flawlessly) this could be more of an intermediate course than beginner. But nonetheless, it's a good crash (intermediate) course to take for Figma.

This video has helped me a lot! THANK YOU. Can you be my teammate to give me comments on what I have made so far? Or know of someone that would be able to help guide me in the right direction. I do not know anyone doing this as a job or professional that can help me out a bit. Not in the mood for a lot of scammers

thank you for this stellar tutorial! this was clear, concise and not at all intimidating for someone new to design and figma. appreciate the step by step process from signing up to organizing files as this is so important but sadly glossed over by many. your tutorial actually makes me excited to try this, kudos!

1: 16: 35 I fixed the icon distortion
by making the icon in the component an auto layout by pressing shift+A which will create a new frame in component and just aligned the frame with component and make my component 24 X 24 but the frame in the component is undistorted

Thanks for the detailed video! I learned so much!
1: 13: 05, when I pressed shift+A, the red bar in the middle was moved to the left, same with the texts. It didn't stay in the middle. is it possible to fix it?

Great tutorial, speed, etc, thank you! Just one little annoying thing for me. Does somebody else also hear some quite high pitched fan noise? For example here 1: 23: 53 Otherwise I like the audio quality.

32: 35 this is how I imagined pen tools working on any software. Amazing it took this long for someone to implement it.
