Nop. Just because a pfblocker rule gets hit a lot, it does NOT mean you have something on the network:
Not aware that those lists do contain addresses for web ads and trackers, which are NOT a virus/issue!

What do you think about -host file- based blocks ?
I mean if we don-t have a pfsense router and we use just a laptop do you think it is useful to have at least a /etc/hosts file filled with blocked ip-s ?
