we will use Curves Adjustment Layer to create an illusion of a spotlight to draw the attention of the viewer towards the subject Medrian33: This tutorial is gold! In fact, that's not correct
I've been watching some of your tutorials for a few weeks now and. Man! you're a mindblowing Photoshop Instructor. You're like the Bruce Lee of Photoshop, the Van Gog of the digital brush. The question is. Who was your own Master
Anyway, just have to put everything together now and learn how to apply the technics.
Thanks heaps from France, man!

Hello,
I am having trouble with manipulating the dot into an oval.
1. I pressed control T, but it only makes it bigger, it does not allow for me to configure it into an oval shape.
2. When I use the brush tool to make the selection, it is black, and not red like yours so it's difficult for me to see.
Any help would be appreciated: )

I have a MAC and when I tried to adjust the shape of the vignette/spotlight using both Comand + T and Ctrl +T after using the hard brush to define it, my text to speech feature was activated. So instead, I went to the menu and selected EDIT> TRANSFORM> SCALE and was able to adjust it just fine.

This video is very cool and informative. I have a doubt that, in the starting of this video you have applied a transition in which the edited image comes from left to right in a smooth way. So can you please tell the name of that transition. - PLEASE

For those of you whose brush isn't working, all you need to do is look at your color selected and make sure the black box is in front of the white on the left side under your tools. I made the color black my brush color and it started working for me!

Hi umesh thanks a lot for these videos, I just wanted to ask is there anyway that we can save this as a preset? So that we don't have to repeat the process for similar effect in other pictures.

When I select the brush to lighten the subject, it does not let me use a circular shape - only a rectilinear one. Do you know why and what I can do to remedy this? Thanks/

When I press Ctrl T it gives me a box that will only adjust keeping same dimensions, I can not adjust it on individual sides. Any pointers on what may be my issue?

I can't afford to buy a photography monitor. I was wondering if it's okay to use an android device as a secondary monitor, for atleast a better, if not accurate color.
