Maybe maybe not but most of templates are premium in Adobe express. it's better to design a manual work rather using a pre-set. These pre designed templets can be use for a platform that it's not time worthy. But as per something like premium advertisement designing works this won't work anyway. Adobe tricks that a user should depend upon AI rather than his thinking capacity. Once you are used the AI it's a lot harder to do manual work. This will make you buy more and more Adobe features to do flexible work without any stress...
My choice is to do some manual work if you have time. Example: Use clone stamp, patch tool while doing some manipulations rather than content aware. We always forget the basic version when a premium cames out. I was quite surprised even my boss forces me to do a quick messy work rather than a slow and perfect work because money was quite important nowadays.

I like Canva over Adobe Express, just personal preference. All the options Adobe Express are on Canva but since Canva is been around for more time, it has more templates in my opinion. One advantage of Adobe Express is like you said, if you are already using Adobe Apps, Express is free.
A side note: Canva has video removal background and Adobe does not. Canva also introduced AI generated images and has AI for Canva Docs too.

Third. You are absolutely the best. I have learnt so much from you. Only today I was working through your last video about lightning dark shadows, on a project for a client. It was so much better than what I had done before. I have tried other people s videos about Photoshop, but they are not even on the same planet, let alone in the same ballpark. Thank you!

Even if it's not free for you, here's a real tip:
Just screenshot the template, paste in photoshop and enlarge you your desired size, then just literally trace and copy all elements above it and you have the exact template. Ta dah!
Always try to pay as little as possible to Adobe.

Thank you for this! I did use this when it launched but I found Canva easier for these quick templates, but I am going to give this a try. Thank you so much for all of your videos! They are amazing!

I am a creative cloud member, at least i think i am since i got photoshop and lightroom on a monthly subsciption, but i am not allowed to use premium content in adobe express. anybody could help?

i had a quick playaround with express when it launched, pretty everything to do for simple and quick things, ofc can go advanced but PS is there in case.
Express is handy!
