I love Colorize! It's really great in portrait photos of a single person. In my experience, the more people you add, the less effective it is (even if you try to isolate them) and doesn't work that well with people looking to the side. I usually use Colorize at 40 percent and isolate it to the areas where the skin is. If it doesn't provide great results, I use my favorite CC tool in Photoshop, Photo Filter. It is a really powerful, flexible tool and awesome for balancing skin tones in group photos.

You can also start in Topaz Photo Ai and adjust color and lighting there and then move to Camera Raw or Photoshop to fine tune and tweak the skin tone more meticulously. I have done this editing skin tone of character and NPC textures for games to make the skin tone more natural and not washed out.
Happy New Year! Here is to 2025 and a year of more creativity and advances in tech to be useful tools in creative industries.

Hey Unmesh, thanks for the video, i actully used this technique a while ago to fix a badge photo that my coworker acidentaly included pink and purple lights. I made the photo black and white and then used the filter, works like a charm. If you want you can use that as an example on a next video involving colored light castings on the face of the subject.
Thanks again!

I think understanding the purpose of each and every tool and it's purpose is more important in order to get the results,to some that do not follow,it can be difficult, but thank you for all the knowledge,it's like we are seeing the difference amongst your studends

Thanks for the amazing videos as usual. I would love to see a more scientific method for doing this especially for people who are colorblind and can't tell sometimes what is the right color just by looking.
Happy New Year everyone!

Can everyone on YT please stop saying without further ado. I hear it in every other video and it's becoming so tiresome. It's really annoying that something more creative can't be said.

Good use of AI. It should never be used as single click solution. A manual fine tuning always makes the final result look so much better and more realistic.

Mr. Unmesh, please please show us a way how to fix the blurynes without the third plugin like Topaz Ai. I have not so much money for other software...
reply

Sorry, but Topaz love is annoying. I tried Topaz but their product model requires buying TWO very similar products to get one that is 2025 ready.

Go to Filter then neural filter then click colorize . It will be fixed just by 1 click. Don't mind for my suggestion. I always respect you.

Genius! This worked perfectly for an image I took at night during a botanic garden light show that was shot under a multicolored LEDs.
