I'm a year late but here goes....I just read Netflix rules for downloading. You have to download movies using some kind of movie app and then the movies will expire. Some expire in 48 hours. So, if you're looking for a movie library you prob have to buy the videos and then copy to your computer. Sucks, huh? I'm traveling full time in an RV and I need an affordable way to watch my movies. I've come to the conclusion that I should just buy the movies and get a DVD player. Cheaper than paying Verizon a boat load of money and Netflix expires the movies too quick. Idk what to do.....!!!

Very clever of Netflix ... I'm guessing when you download it, you are not downloading it to your 'My Downloads' on your PC Hardrive, but into their own 'My Downloads' folder .... um. If I'm wrong, can you tell us if it actually downloads to your PC 'Downloads' folder? Will you be able to go to Internet Explorer and see the movie as an MP4 in your 'Downloads' yellow folder?

hi, I have been having a problem with this feature, the problem is I can't download movies or tv shows because the download button is not there, and the my downloads option isn't there either, please respond as soon as possible, I'm going to my aunt's hose tomorrow and she ain't got no internet, PLEASE HELP!!

HI I have a old labtop windows 8 I download the latest version of Netflix but I don't see an option for me to download available TV shows or movies is this not available for Windows 8? Or is there something I can do to make it work. I can download find on my phone but I wanted a bigger screen & tried my labtop

Thank you so much! My home WIFI sucks (live out in the sticks), and I use the WIFI in my truck to download videos. I hate watching them on my phone though because I can't play my games or look at Facebook when I do. So glad to have found this video!

I've been using Netflix offline for about 2 months now and all of a sudden today Netflix won't even let me sign in. I keep getting an error message check you network settings to connect to available network ? Can you help me with this Please!?!

( no need to thank me ) on ios it isn t in the 3 bar thing, their should be 3 icons on the bottom ( at least for tablet ) and click on the middle one that says downloaded and it will give you all the options. Have a great day!

I graduate this summer and I plan on using this feature more often. I kept dismissing it, thinking I'll go back and check it out, but I never did. Thank you for reminding me that it is available for use.

Please tell me there is a way to tell Netflix app WHERE TO DOWNLOAD TO. Because it downloads only to the HD i have only 6 free GBs on instead of my other HDDs where i have tons of free space.
