If I went to a bar and saw you, I'd look at your face and say 'Hmm he's cute. Then I'd look at your body and say 'Wow, now that's the whole package. I like what I see' But, If you were ugly, and I saw you at a bar, I'd probably ignore you, turn to my friend instead & say 'check out the buff guy with the ugly face' Laugh & go about the rest of night

-heywatupbro lol 40lbs of lean muscle my ass. In average, expect to gain 1. 5 - 5lbs of lean muscle a month. 5lbs is extreme too, probably done in the first months by 18 year olds who are still growing so get that boost. Expect 15 - 20lbs of lean muscle growth a year. If you want to track your progress:
Weigh yourself every week, buy a pair of body fat calipers and take your measurements weekly too. (find out how on other videos) scooby1961 has video with a calculator on how to keep track.

-JoseOrtiz95 I've done P90X. I just finished week 10 of Athlean-X and I'm getting just as good if not better results in a lot less time and more rest. Don't get me wrong I love Tony Horton, but as he says variety is the key. When I was doing P90x I started to add some of Jeff's videos into the mix and eventually I broke down purchased Athlean-X and now I add some of my favorite Horton exercises to this program. I love them both, but at this point if I had to pick it would be Athlean-X.

-G00n3r4Life Huh? The knwoledge about my comment? Well it is just an observation. Not a lot of guys who workout and have super fit hot bodies have an attaractive face to complement it. Is that what you were asking? Then again it is just my personal taste too. I think he is cute, some other girl mght think his body (and yours I want to add) are hot, but that the faces are the kind that need a paper bag over them. LOL! Have a good one!

I am so glad I bought the Athlean X program. I wasn't sure at first because everything else I've tried has failed because my body loves retaining fat and it hates being lean. Well Jeff's program kicked my body's poor habits of retaining fat. I've already done the 90 days but I'm repeating it before I submit my pictures. I've never been healthier but these workouts can be really challenging and REST is key.

I was making a legitimate statement his form was wrong but you would know because you are a rookie in working out.

haha Jeff supported steelers this superbowl against Packers, but he failed to notice that packers as well as Aaron was on a roll, and selers were a quiet team and were getting lucky and luckier against the ravens and jets lol-

-XzZyBiT equipment? It's just dumbells, legs, arms and a band. Any tubing would work for the runs or just hold the dumbbells for added weight. I don't think these are unrealistic pieces of equipment for someone is doing any kind of home exercise.
