yes i suppose if you uses friction of your feet or hands on the floor i suppose you can always create body-weight exercise only of infinite difficulty but these won't be isolated ab workout because the force you able is coming from your legs or hands so your going to be training other muscles. Is there any body-weight only isolated ab exercise left is what i am wondering about other then from a roll out type exercises (which to is more using other muscles to control the ab roller wheel) Either way i got a way to keep taking it to the next level but its not body-weight only isolated exercises that i can come up with.

you and i are the same, lol. at this point i buy my own food like lean turkey, celery, carrots and stuff. ive been trying to get a part time job so i can pay for all that stuff and still be able to go places with friends and stuff. i do get little allowance though. so buy your own food, if you can't don't eat what they cook and tell them you'lle starve to death if they don't start making changes or give you money to buy GOOD WHOLE FOODS.

I like the exercise there something different which is good some times to change it up. I just question that these are truely bodyweight exercise in the sense of using just your bodyweight these are more bodyweight contraction exercise using materials around you to create friction so technically an external force not just bodyweight only. But regardless good exercises in your tool chest sort of speak regardless.

I'm 16 and I've been trying to get a 6 pack for a LONG time I go jogging every 2 days for 25 to 30 min and when I come back I do stomach workouts but my mom and dad ar constantly buying take out food and frying there meat n when I don't eat it they get mad. what should I do. I really want a 6 pack

hi ive been trying to do this exercise after/before cardio. but it seems like im working more on my arms and i dont feel much action going on on my abs/core. am i doing something wrong?

For people who are asking if you should do it every day or every other day, if your working on another section of the body just switch in and out so your muscles can heal.

And if you don't feel comfortable working out in socks like me, use two sheets of paper or something that slides but will not hurt the hardwood. great workout

Bloody hell. Just started it recently. Never knew. Superb stuff. Cos I been using ab roller for a quite while now. Found this easier to do it. Slowly.
