COMPLETE- Back Workout (Width, Density, Strength) Billiescott: Hey Jeff! Thank you bro. For another awesome workout. I love the way you go into such great detail when you are explaining how too perform a exercise saftly and correctly. And how too get the best results from a specific exercise. I am just barely trying too get myself back into shape again, after a long battle against heroin that I am finally clean and winning the battle against it. And getting my life back. You're weight training videos are a huge help too me in helping me take my life back again. Thank you very much Jeff. Sincerely Billie Scott Olsen

For me this guy is ideal muscular guy. I feel people just brainlessly appreciate big muscular guy but to me they all look weird and out of shape as well. Dnt like this bodybuilding competition with these muscle tumor bodies. Those extra muscle tissues need lots of extra protein, carb and fat and probably supplements. And maintenance as workout extra time. This guy body is ideal for me. Why this crazy dream of extra muscular

How about a legs workout that mostly targets the muscle on the inside of the leg next to the knee cap, the calves, glutes, abductors and hip flexors. I do alot of walking and running at work so atrge end of the day the back of my legs are sore and tired so they don need too much more work but the rest of my legs do. I only have dumbbells and a barbell though. I can load up the barbell up to 80lbs.

I'm not a fan of unnaturally big muscles like most men are. It seems that people who workout think bigger muscle = more strength but I like the idea of improving increasing strength per unit mass. Remember Bruce Lee? He didn't have big muscles but he packed so much power. I'd like you to cover stuff that focuses on increasing your strength without focusing on making muscles bigger.

Could you please put more inner, middle and lower back exercises? Also I need some helpful tips to train and see muscle striations in my hamstrings and calve muscles. I-m a bodybuilder and certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach-I would like to see some advanced and challenging resistance training workouts to help me in the gym. Thanks.

I did all these exercises in this videos and two times two different guys came up to me to tell me I-m doing the exercises wrong and that what I-m doing is not doing anything for me. I then show them the video and then they walk away laughing at me. I don-t want to end up in a Gym fail video. I don-t want to be like the 405 guy.

Jeff I tried the Perpendicular Landmine Row and it immediately triggered pain in my shoulder. I hv supraspinatus impingement and I came to observe tht there is Internal Rotation of the shoulder (like u say pinkies up. like pouring the pitchers. similar to upright rows) which resulted in the pain. Pls elaborate.

It's been nearly a year ago since I suffered an injury to my romboids while climbing. Ever since then I've really been hitting on most of the back exercises. Upper, mid, and lower mostly. This was very knowledgeable. Thanks a million. I'll definitely try these on my next workout.
