If you want to learn how to get ripped abs and keep them year round, you better start looking at your approach to nutrition first and foremost, and how you train your abs. Most of the time, people will focus on the ab exercises that they do and maybe even the number of reps of each that they perform. That is unfortunately just a small piece of the complete picture. If you truly want to get your abs to be chiseled, you will have to take your training to another level and this video shows you how. By combining some much needed additional conditioning exercises with your ab exercises, you-re able to take your ordinary ab workouts and make them extraordinary fat burning workouts. I show you exactly how I incorporate jump roping with my normal ab training to ignite the inferno within and put my fat loss on overdrive. Most of the time, we perform an ab exercise in our ab workouts and simply rest until we are ready to do the next one. Makes sense since your abs may be burning from the effort you put forth in the just completed ab movement. That said, your legs should be fresh and ready to rock. So, why not put them to use and get in 30-60 seconds of fat burning high intensity interval training while your abs are taking a break? Well, now you can as I show you my exact fat burning ab workout I use when I really want to get my ripped abs sharp. You don-t have to jump rope if you either don-t have the room to do it or you lack the coordination to do it well. You can simply sprint outdoors or on a treadmill, or even perform high effort high knees in place. The key is that you put your best effort into what you do to make sure that you maximize these between-set periods the most. With just 4 ab exercises and 4 conditioning exercises, you can turn any ordinary ab workout into a fat melting marathon (depending on how many rounds your abs are able to withstand. Start off by completing just 1-2 rounds of this workout. If your conditioning allows for it, see if you can get through it another 4-5 times for a truly incredible metabolic and abs challenge. Perform each ab exercise in this workout to failure and then do 30-60 seconds of each conditioning interval. I've been saying the exact same thing about a jump rope for almost 20 years now. Nobody believes you when you tell them that a jump rope is one of, if not BEST, exercises to strengthen your core, lean you down, get your heart rate up and overall fitness routine. It burns more calories in 10 minutes than a normal jog of 30 minutes. It's a great ab, leg, chest, core, arms, etc tool! Running on a treadmill just doesn't burn you out like a jump rope. I incorporate my jump rope routine with different kinds of planking/abs exercises for a more advanced, total fitness workout of 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Abs are the hardest muscle group to maintain and look great. I train them 5 times a week, leaving the remaining 2 days for rest and repair. BUT, if you're not eating clean, then all this hard work never gonna pay off. Thanx Jeff, I will start incorporating these ab exercises into my jump rope routines. Great work as always.

Someone please help me! It was before school ended around june. I saw my friend bench wide and i wanted to try it. It has been a mistake i regret deeply, something in my shoulder moved or popped a little bit (hopefully you know what i mean) and ever since I've had pain in like the front part of my shoulder and haven't been able to workout upper body ever since. I tried doing light workouts to try and help it but it hasn't done a thing. I'm afraid that its a problem that will haunt me for a long time. Is there anything i can do?

hey Jeff, Im in the police force in Australia and I want to join the the swat equivalent. for the selection process you need to be insanely strong, very fit and mentally strong to pass. I'm originally a skinny guy and I've been going to the gym for about 9 monthes now and have notice great strength and muscle gains (I'm now 189cm and 84kg with body fat around 13%. I was wondering how I could keep gaining and/or maintain my strength and muscle gains if I need to run 5-6 days a week at distances of 10-20km including HIIT

I wonder Jeff, is there any possibility of ya making a video on how to train the muscles to be able to throw stuff properly, and why it doesn't feel comfortable if I want to throw like someone else (skimming something in particular) it feels so weird, but when some people tried throwing like I do and I'm pretty comfortable with, they couldn't throw as far as me, all I do to throw is extend my arm really, so I must have explosive triceps I guess, but due to lack of technique, I can't throw as far as I should be able to.

Hey Jeff I'm struggling with some pain in my right wrist not allowing me to bend it as far back as my left wrist. Also when I go to do my bench press or push-ups I get lots of pain immediately after performing my reps. The pain is coming from the middle part of my wrist on top. Please if you could get back to me thru a DM or make a vid on it showing some tips to help me prevent this pain from happening!

Hey Jeff! I am a 21 year old guy 5'11- 170lbs and i've always been involved in sports or conditioning of some type. I've always struggled trying to shrink my butt. I do tons of box jumps and cardio but no success. My question is how to get rid of my butt. it makes the rest of my body look so awkward even though I'm in great shape.
