Athleanx on instagram here - Jeff Cavaliere as you may have never seen him before Ammar: Hello there my name is Ammar and i am from Bahrain in the middle east. on sep 2016 i decided to join cross fit my weight before joining was something in the 70's and now it's 84 my height is 180cm, my breathing got better so as other things except for my muscles: ( at the beginning i was clean just healthy eating, now i am more conscious about what i eat with no junk food ( simple sugars ) i added protein shake and BCAA and saw some changes in the muscle but still 4 months into cross fit and still i don't see results like what i would normally see from bodybuilding gym workouts. is it okay to combine cross fit and body building workouts? i do cross fit 1 hour per day with twice a week rest usually Monday and Friday. kindly advise?

Would love to hear more piano playing at times if I'm perfectly honest. Just listened to dream on today.
A person once suggested to play guitar after workout, later in the night, to relieve the tension and make it easier to play the next day, just to remind hands about the fine motorics, and I've followed that advice. He's doing brazilian jiujitsu, lots of gripping the suit. Do you agree? Have tips on a future video? In general about performing those fine motorics some time after workout to keep the hands in check. I do know you prefer to workout pretty late at night and have little kids and wife though, and that piano can be loud.

So relatable and honest. The monkey swing fall is a great clip - happened to me and a few friends get put off when they fall in those type of exercises. I always encourage them to keep going and push myself more to failure so if it does happen to me, I can show them to laugh about it

Jeff, I have a question here. I know you have a lot of dynamic movement but can you also post some good stretches for overhead throwing athletes? (Smoothness allows force to be efficiently transferred to velocity.

Perusing the supplement stuff, I may have overlooked it, but I couldn't find if there was, in fact, a video covering the scam or credibility of non-prescription testosterone boosters.
