Ripped Six Pack & Obliques (THE -X- EFFECT) TargetShooter145: Thanks Jeff, never really thought about it that way! DO I NEED TO UPGRADE TO AN OLYMPIC BAR? Not just for this movement but I mean in general? Right now I only have a 20lb bar that is 3 different pieces held together with a couple hex screws and has threads on the ends where you put the weights. I think my dad got it for me about 5 years ago from walmart.

Im a student studying Physical Therapy and I have am doing an assignment on Total Motion Release (TMR. This is a hard theory to understand WHY this happens. So far the only conmection ive made is this Serape effect. Jeff, or anyone, could you elaborate on TMR and its relationship with the Serape effect? Starting to think TMR is a hoax

Yo Jeff, I'm a 16 year old guy trying to lose some fat and get abs. I'm working on my diet and trying to replace cereal with oatmeal (not the pre-packaged garbage) Ive been adding apples and cinnamon but it still tastes like moist styrofoam. is there any ways you know of to make it actually edible?

Hi Jeff! Your videos are incredibly helpful. Thanks to you, many of us understand how to structure our nutritional plan week by week. Can you give an example of a full week's exercise program? It would be great to see what you recommend targeting on certain days and when to rest

I love how you didn't address how the lats and chest should also be working to pull that bar around your body. and how if you have a sway back or any excessive shifts or tilts in the pelvis you can seriously injure the lumbar by doing this. great job Jeff.

I bought the athlean zero program to show my support and to help me in my aim for a sport career, but holy h-ll it is really something different. Great, but merciless, like it's suppose to be. Big thanks to you Jeff, if I survive it to the end: D

Functional Patterns with Naudi Aguilar has been teaching about this for years. You basically stole his bar twist exercise, and did it with terrible form without telling beginners to be careful with a 45 lb bar when performing rotational exercise. -

Jeff is the any workouts you recommend that will help strengthen your lungs. My two weaknesses when it comes to running or cardio is my lungs and my shins (shin splints. Thank you and your workouts are awesome by the way, very informative.
