I really enjoy Jeff's videos. I need to add something super important regarding this topic. If there's one thing you should actually be laser focused on, it is. NO DAIRY! Go to any Dairybucks around 4 pm and look at the customers. 80% will be overweight females. They say they are stressed out (too much estrogen and cortisol sitting in their stagnant bodies) and they need energy. But instead of drinking coffee or espresso (that merely stimulate your central nervous system, they don't magically give you a shot of energy) they drink 32 oz. milkshakes loaded with sugar and. estrogen and cortisol. See cow's milk (we are the only mammals that consume another mammals milk and the only mammals that consume milk after 2 years of birth) is loaded with estrogen and cortisol mainly because of the amount of stress we put on those poor dairy cows that are tricked into thinking they are pregnant their entire life. So woman have tons of estrogen and cortisol in their bodies and then they dump more estrogen and cortisol in their bodies. This does not apply to just women however. Which brings me to Jeff's early point about where men and women store their fat. Ready to examine the customers at Dairybucks? The women will all have fat around their butt, hips, thighs and gut and the men will all have man boobs and flabby triceps. That is EXACTLY where estrogen and cortisol are stored on women versus men. Too much stress, too many fight or flight stress hormones, toxic fattening dairy? It ALL goes to your gender specific areas. Don't believe me? You -love your cheese-? Think I belong to PETA? (I don't) Google took you to a website (secretly sponsored by the dairy industry) and you read something different? Then give it a try. Forego all dairy for 2 weeks and check out how you look and feel. It's so simple. Either continue consuming toxic, nasty, cancer promoting, fattening dairy or take control of your health, complexion and physique and enjoy all the awesome dairy free alternatives from Whole Foods and look and feel 100% better. If you are wondering how professional athletes and Olympians consume dairy but still have little fat and bulging muscles. ask me and I'll share their secret as well.

Hi Jeff, generally i enjoy your material, following you on and off for some time, and made a few changes on my own, however, from personal experience (i used to be obese as a kid and on and off in a later stage, 36 today, but, intermittent fasting does help in producing more test, and other hormones as well, once insulin is a bit dormant, and avoiding the starches and carbs(rise bread, of course vegetables are necessary, while in taking higher quantities of fat foods(no im not a keto freak and i consume sometimes carbs to my enjoyment, but for me and my clients(trainer), while trying losing fat (not just weight) avoiding carbs and upping the test levels by applying some fasting(16: 8 20: 4) did wonders to my clients.
sorry for the late response but its probably the first video i encountered, where you talk (nutrition wise) about anything except calories in or out, since i do believe (and i might be wrong, not a doctor, but just from personal experience, hormones and hormonal balance have much greater effect for staying -healthy- (lean, high muscle mass, and not craving for foods) for a long period of time, rather than the calorie obsession going on around. thanks anyway

I know this is an old video, but I would love to see a video on the differences between women training heavily post-menopausal as compared to their younger years. As men age they lose testosterone, and as women age they lose estrogen. In my case I am both post-menopausal and as a breast cancer survivor taking an aromatase inhibitor, and having had a double mastectomy without reconstruction, I am unsure where my body fat percentage should be. I am assuming I should be on the higher end of the male spectrum. LOVE to hear more content for the 50+ crowd, especially women in that range.

I have been watching your videos for 6 months now and feel it has changed my fitness journey for the better.
This is the 1st video I found here where women's health /body is discussed. I hope you will make more videos specifying women's needs. For example I have been told by different people that doing chest exercises will both increase and decrease my breast size. I don't know what to believe.
Also want to ask if after losing like 20kgs I have lose skin around my thigh and arms, is it possible for it to go back to normal over time or is surgery my only option?

I store fat so easily - and wow he-s so right about seeing results differently with weight training. I weight train only 3x a week and my results are more defined whereas for my husband it takes him a bit longer for his body to change from weight lifting he becomes so strong, quicker than I do but I see results aesthetically quicker than he does but my strength comes very slowly. it-s crazy how if we just fix our diets we will all look incredibly awesome lol but it-s the hardest part- i haven-t got the physique I truly want because I lack self control

Ok at marker 3: 13 he talks about the woman being over weight in the picture. I have to disagree that she is over weight. We don't know how tall she is and to me her proportions look fine. She has soft curves looks good in the outfit she is in, and yes I see a bit of thickness in her arms but they don't make her look disproportioned in any way. I know he is not fat shaming or anything just to me he chose the wrong model to say this woman is -over weight -. Any one have their own thoughts in that picture?

As a guy who's only smoked pot, I can say that if you are really overweight, vaping helps. I've been vaping for just over two weeks now and I've lost 20 lb going for 30 by the end of this week.
Obviously it's not healthy to vape but if you really want to lose weight do it for a month and then quit. I can't express how happy I am that I've lost the weight that I have.

My biggest problem is that I can't do intense cardio because of my heart. I am getting older, so I have to change things up. love this video. It is so helpful. I have always been on the slender side, and had to eat a lot of carbs to keep from being too skinny. Now I am starting to store fat. time to change the diet. thank you, Jeff!

The Real Secret is >> --
Inject testosterone or any kind of testosterone based medicine, it's what all of these guys do but never say.
It's impossible to have an arm as big as his without some fat, it's impossible to go below 15% body fat without very high testosterone levels, above 1500!
