Great video, I have been working out regularly for years and got in reasonably good shape. I am really struggling to get over a shoulder dislocation that I suffered playing rugby over 2 months ago. I have been doing the exercises suggested by the physio but would love it if you could do a video on re building shoulder strength and stability.

I have been working out for about 14 months now, again. I seen a steady increase in my strength for about 4 months, but now I'm stalled, though I am seeing better definition and some increase in the size of my muscle. At 64 years old I guess I just attribute it to age.

Is this gonna make me -I can do 50 pull-ups--brutally-strong or like -I can crush a human skull with my grip alone. while the person is trying to resist with all of his power--brutally-strong? Because -I'm- a friend of mine is definitely searching for the latter.

Has anyone actually tried his fitness programs? I'm thinking of opting for Athlean Xero. I'm extremely underweight for my height, and have been having difficulty gaining weight even on a diet. On top, I have a protruded belly.

What brand of rubber bands are you using. I have bought at least three different ones, and all of them turned out to be junk. Thanks for your great videos, helps me more than you-ll ever know.

Me: Doing digressive, biased face pulls. 12 oz. then 9 oz. down to 0, repeat 3 to 6 sets. Is beer killing my gains? Yes, but after 2-or-3, I just don't give a damn! ;)
