15 Minute Fat Burning Home Workout (NO EQUIPMENT)

Sit Pulses x 30 seconds all levels Remember, your goal is to make it through the entire workout without having to rest at all during any of the exercise periods. This doesn-t mean that you should stop if you do. Just keep trying to get back in there as quickly as you can and, as your stamina improves, you will find that you will be able to do the entire home fat burning workout unbroken. This home workout takes about 15 minutes you perform it at the intermediate level, 8 minutes if done at the beginner level and 22 minutes or so if you do it at the advanced level. Keep attempting to move up a level if you are easily completing it at the current one

I did not have the balance or flexibility to do the first leg exercise. I kept falling over. Is there anything I can do to work my way up to that first exercise? Should I just practice doing it slowly and consistently before attempting the video? I did ok on leg 2 and 3. Struggled with leg 4, but managed.
For arm 1, are you supposed to keep your arms mostly rigid or are you supposed to do a tiny pushup when jumping back with your legs or something? For step through pushups, am I supposed to put any weight on the leg that is stepping through?
Thanks!

Jeff you-re a fkin Beast! I used to do the insanity program. Curious how you would fare with that one -. Back then when I first started I about died and not exaggerating lol. Eventually I worked my way to do everything in the program and still be standing. If you try the workout in the video and feel like you can-t keep going just ask yourself if you want the body you-re working for or not. Then dig deep close your eyes and keep pushing on. Eventually you-ll be doing the whole thing maxxed out!

This looks pretty good.
I am currently running a 5x5 Strong Lifts routine with A and B sets doing squats, deadlifts, rows, bench and overhead presses.
I have been doing this since April and I-ve made a lot of progress. But I feel like I should be progressing and adding more to the base routine.
Is this something I should do in the mornings on days I do my 5x5-s? Or maybe 2/3 times a week when I don-t run the 5x5?
I have so many questions. Anybody think they can give me direction?

I liked the video, followed along and now I am in HELL! Jokes aside, this is the best workout for me, QUICK, FOLLOW ALONG and most importantly, it is for BEGINNERs
EDIT: Day 2 of workout was better and I could hold up for a bit longer.
I have a Question: 1) In the Split Squat Lateral Hops do I have to go all the way down on my knees and then go up or what (I cant get down completely to match Jeff's speed)

I'm going to begin documenting my results here for anyone who wants to have some data to go off of. Just an average 16y boy who gained weight over quarantine. I'm currently at 179lb with around 27. 6% body fat. I'll be posting weekly results in the replies area of this comment. Wish me luck
Edit-: I'm also doing a 30 minute cwrsio workout and going on runs

I started this morning (finally getting started. FINALLY) alongside relearning how to use my weighted Jump rope. Also did this with no sleep AND currently water fasting.
I couldn't feel my face and damn near passed out, but I almost completed most of the beginner stuff. Time to do it again tomorrow morning. and add a beginner's weight lifting routine too.

Hi. can anyone here tell me how much calories will it burn on each level with the same pace how he is doing.
Like for beginners x calories
For intermediate y calories. and so on
I need to know this because I started long running but I can say that I was able to see the difference much quicker in this workout
Thanks.

I am a 116 lb 5 ft female. I wouldn't call myself a beginner, but JC's workouts make me feel like a beginner. I did beginner lower and upper body and advanced abs from this workout twice. Second time I did some intermediate. If I can do it, you can too!
Oh yeah and I have 2 kids.

Should I do this from Monday to Friday or is doing it three days a week enough? I-m talking about like is doing it more consecutive days gonna get me much better results than letting the body recover a day in between

Hi jeff, thanks for the great video. If my fitness level is at a point where I can't even maintain the 30sec sidewinders, hover pulse, and V-sit pulse, should i continue with this or try something easier?
