I haven't done this particular arm workout in a while and decided to do it today to switch things up.

A superset is three or more exercise is done back-to-back. if you're going to be a spokes sissy at least know what the f--- you're talkin about.

its not so much the time you spend, it s your excercises, technique ( important ) diet, rest, and perserverance ( STICKING WITH IT )
