The profile picture of me that you see was me right after recovering from leukemia and 5 months chemo. My mindset and my outlook on life wasn't at a good place. Time past since that picture and alot had happened with who I because as a man and as a father. My story is long so I'll keep it short. At the end of an old me before the light of the new me I weighed in at 270 I had gotten lost to say the lest but once I started to find myself I began to see myself in the mirror and the man I saw wasn't the man I was. I'm happy to say along this journey I've made it so far from 270 to 245 and I'm just getting started. I enjoy these words of motivation thank you.

When I first heard his speech he immediately reminded me of my son who is on the autism spectrum. It made me want to watch even more, he inspires me. My son and I are on a health journey together.
The people making fun are ignorant and need some sensitivity training. Perhaps you should be watching character building videos instead of bodybuilding ones.

Totally relate to his eating habits. and it's so easy for me to have a good workout (even cardio. the most ironic one to cave afterwards to cravings) and than -reward- myself with enough calories to well outweigh the workout. and then it's time for the next meal. It just always adds up to more than I need. Thanks for sharing!

When he said small steps not A full life change in a single day that's literally what I think 90% of people go wrong I started slowly with just dieting and then after abt 5 months started going to the gym prolly abt 2 times a week then 3 and now I go 4-6 times a week it's crazy what small steps can do in the long run
