Should beginners do these 5 exercises? My trainer told me only to do machines for 3-4 months till I increase my strength. I did only machines for 2 months. Then, I tried a bench press but I couldn't balance the bar. Should I do machines or try these 5 exercises? Please reply.

Bent over rows vs pullups, what do the experts think? I axe because I'm following StrongLifts. I understand they work essentially the same groups but I can add pull-ups if recommended.

Hudson-s squat form is absolutely horrendous - it looks more like good mornings than actually squats, no quad stretch at all.
