hi all, most important tip when workout is breathe out when doing sitting up or any of the exercise in this video & when relaxing you breathe in. This can workout your abs more. -

hi, already did it for 1 week plus. i only realise my stomach's side fats burn by alot only after 1 week plus of workout. thanks to this video. it helps me by alot. -

2 week already my stomach fats burns alot and very little stomach fats and my abs is slowly showing and i like my progress. would keep it going
