Love as many dumbbell exercises as possible bc have small home gym, my fav for back to superset is heavy chest supported rows (lat focused) to rear delt flys then drop sets bc can do all without getting up & great pump alternate preacher bench for rest then weighted wide grip pull-ups & SLDL/RDL to finish

I've been training with just dumbbells and a pull up bar for years now. Let's see if I agree.
Edit: Mostly. I'd switch shoulder presses for an isolation like lying lateral raises. Front delts are covered by the DB Bench Press.

The more I look into natural testosterone optimization, the more I realize how much gets overlooked. The book You Are Stronger Than You Think from Cryptic Lore explores some lesser-known approaches worth learning about.

Can you please find that video again from you guys all the way from 15 years ago or so. That he tried to pull up but said too weak for that too right then try this. still remember that video and was so funny

This is honestly what I struggled with for years. I always thought I had to eat super clean and be strict 24/7. The Deficit Method by Nora Renwick helped me understand it in a much simpler way.

If one of the goals of this video was to give folks a workout they could do with dumbbells at home, it would be nice to see some variants that don't require a weight bench.

Are you training in prison with water bottle Or a small apartment What's the point of these Even in a tiny house, you can build a mini gym. Don't be lazy.

It’s both disrespectful and annoying to monetize by having both outside ads as well as pitching during the video. Please pick one or the other
