Let me put that in simpler terms.
-Proteins will make you feel full and satiated, will raise your insulin and blood sugar by a very moderate amount and are relatively low in calories.
-Fats will keep you satiated, not raise your blood sugar or insulin and put you in ketosis if you're on a keto diet, but are very calorie dense (Best option to lose weight but not if you can't control the amount you eat)
-Carbs will keep you hungry all the time, will spike you blood sugar and insulin to the moon and are extremly high in calories.
Whatever you're doing, just keep carbs low and eat at a caloric deficit if you're trying to lose weight.

Did it for two years, shedded 70lbs but I also kept up about 100g of carbs because of weight lifting 5hrs a day and my physically demanding job and going on 20 mile runs with hips and stairs. I usually skip food for breakfast and have a preworkout instead, after already consumed 30oz of water to make sure my body is awake and digesting lol.

Idk man why should we take advice from this guy? He doesn-t appear to be healthy really at all but actually the opposite. He appears to have high blood pressure, is out of breath after walking at frankly a really slow rate, and his skin is in terrible condition, he-s also does not really have a nice body if I-m being honest.

Eat big to get big! Training is important but there are no real gains without proper diet. I realized that after I started following my first meal plan. I found it online, Dietarize iirc. At first it was tough to eat an excessive amount of calories, but eventually I got used to it. Good diet is a game changer!

How did you lose strength then when you lost weight properly, I don't no for shure but I thought I herd somewhere that you used to be stronger when you were doing powerlifting? Where there other factors there involved, or I guess I'm wondering how your strength held up after losing weight?

Can anybody answer this question please? What if being on high protein diet increases creatinine in your body? Won't it affect the kidneys? Happened with me last year and I'm planning to lift again but scared to eat protein. Any advice/suggestion would be appreciated.

Been looking for something like this for a long time. I prefer earning less frequently and the dilemma of consuming protein efficiently is real.
