I have known a lot of guys over the years that were super super strong and had some good size and were natural. Genetics, discipline, and consistent meal intake have a huge role on their strength and size. With this combination, many with get amazing results even natural. Some guys are just stronger- it is what it is. Most natural guys have to train pretty heavy to gain size like I do.

I didn't grow much with 15 to 20 reps. Increased the weight and did 5 to 10 reps, each set to failure. Natural. Between 6 to 11 sets per muscle is always enough. All to failure. If not to failure, of course you could do 20 sets plus.

So he-s doing 315 on the incline for sets of five and it-s not a piece a cake. Now seven years later he does 405 for three reps on incline! In this video there-s no way he could do 405 even once but he-s all natural! What a joke!
