My friend has been studying up on Buddhism and one of the concepts he brought up was the idea of skillful vs unskilful thought. The same concept can be applied to lifting and it's just another thing that I keep in mind while I lift to stay motivated. All throughout this video are lifts from the last 7 days of training so that you can see the exercises I'm doing on my workouts and see what kind of weights I'm going for as well as rep ranges (if you count! I hope you guys enjoy this lifting video as I'm really having fun trying to kick up the production and fluidity of each episode and I appreciate your positive support while I'm doing it! CONCEPTION FTW! This is the first thing I woke up to along with my friend and we're both feeling super inspired after this because we've been having a similar thought process recently as well.
Please don't hesitate to upload more videos similar to this. I think they'll reach a lot of people that could use it.
Thank you so much for this: )

Guy in my gym is big, ripped and comes in every so often to just maintain his physique. This does not mean he is unskillful because he doesn't want to progress. If his goals are reached and he decides to be stagnant then in his eyes it skilful.

Hey i just tried ur Lohilo workout and i didnt really get the thing with superset. Do you mean like one normal superset there you just superset for example pullups superset with DB curl as one set and then do it over again three times?

is there a particular reason why you squat outside of the squat cage when you literally have the safety pins in front of you? Is there a technical reason behind it or is it just pure arrogance?

Intesresting, but I didn't know it was a buddhist concept. For me it's just good sense when you go the gym seriously. You have a great physique, please do some posing shirtless; )

Haha thats sick! I always thought about how great it is to expand to other religions for their conceptions and morals. Buddhism is a great one! Interesting video

so true! sooo much goes into just THINKING about things. what the mind believes the body achieves, so think of positive, useful, SKILLFUL thoughts: P

By skillful training I'm guessing you mean not having to read the little tags on things at the gym that tell you how to use the machines?
