First things first Ryan. Switch you PAP mask. Your beard is breaking the seal and ruining the therapeutic effectiveness. Maybe you have strapped tight enough it doesn't blow ice cold damp water across your face but then your sinuses are being squished. Get the N20 mask that makes you look like the bad guy from The Salton Sea and quit feeling like a big ol' bag o' deeks when you wake up.

In my opinion, you're training too much. Even the fact that you're talking about high volume for hypertrophy, since you're no longer a kid, exposes you to a lack of recovery. The studies are right, much less volume means more recovery.
