This must not be made for me, I'm 15 and going into a deficit. It says my TDEE is 3100 cal (that's even when I underestimate my calories. During my bulk I sat around 2700-3000 cal and put on a shit ton of fat. For this cut I've experimented and my optimal intake is around 1750 cals

My TDEE came out to 3, 174! That seems like a lot of calories hahaha (not that I couldn't eat that much. xD) Thanks for the tip though, totally made calculating my macros a lot easier. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video: ]

Thanks so much for the information man! great work.
I have a quesion, i added 300 kcal to Bulk, but when i stop gaining weight, should i increase 100+ kcal, or only add carbs? Because protein intake will be very high.

+HumerusFitness does this apply to everyone? From the really obese to the relatively healthy? Or is there a point where you need to decrease at a bigger amount of calories?
